What to Expect

Before your appointment
Arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to relax and complete any forms.
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours before treatment, as it can increase bruising.
Skip intense exercise on the day of your treatment.
Let us know about any medications or health conditions beforehand.
After your appointment
Avoid touching or rubbing the treated areas for at least 24 hours.
Refrain from strenuous exercise and saunas/steam rooms for 24–48 hours.
Keep your head elevated and avoid lying flat for 4 hours after Botox.
Avoid alcohol for 24 hours after treatment.
Follow any personalised aftercare advice Aimee provides.
